I began awakening my body at the age of 40. I didn’t begin dancing until I was 44. That’s a lot of years for a body to sit in a small closed, stagnant and still way of life. Because of that, my body didn’t even know how to move in a fluid way of motion. So, this is what I do. I know there are a lot of ways to connect into the body, but hopefully you can take pieces of my experience and bring it into your world.

Goddess? Me?
How very audacious of me to assume that I am a Goddess.

When I began my journey to Goddess, it felt so uncomfortable. To assume that I am goddess just because I choose to be, went against everything I believed in growing up.

I would dream of being worthy enough to be a Goddess that I would begin creating worlds of my own. That’s all goddess meant to me.

She felt so far from me. Like I could stretch my fingers towards her and she would always just be beyond my reach.

I began doing research uncovering what is Goddess?

Here’s what I have learned:
She is me and she’s not far. She lives within.
She is knowing.

She is what moves the steps forward when I am in a place of fear

She is trust.

She is deserving.

She is love.

She carries within her the lived wisdom that is not yet experienced.

She is fierce.

She is fearless.

She is loyal to her integrity.

She has learned that her opinion of her is the only one that matters.

She is not perfect in body nor choices. Because she knows that the imperfections are where she learns the most.

When we do a photo shoot, the term Goddess is not actually that important. It has become a way for me to wrap up the entire description of her.

She is your soul at rest because she has nothing to fear.

I cannot wait to work with her.
